CHANGE
OF PLANS
Alexa partnered with WiZ, SwitchBot and Govee to show how voice-activated routines can transform everyday life. But many people still see smart technology as fragmented or overly complicated. Families want the magic of a connected home without the mental load of managing it. The gap between where they are and where they want to be isn't about features. It's about friction.
Mood-Driven Living. People want their homes to reflect how they feel: energized, calm, productive, playful. The strategy was to show how Alexa turns natural, conversational commands into coordinated smart home experiences that instantly match the moment. Just say how you feel, and the scene is set. They don't want to manage their smart home. They want their smart home to manage the moment.
Change of Plans. Story-driven scenarios where a real moment called for a real response. In Sitter Sister, an aunt suddenly responsible for entertaining her young niece says one command and the living room transforms into an underwater adventure. An awkward afternoon becomes imaginative play. The technology disappears. The moment takes over.
Four scenarios scaled into four OLV films at :30 and :15, four social video concepts, 16 static social assets, photography and digital toolkits for partner marketing, audio ads, and display and email. Media ran across Prime Video, Twitch, Fire TV and partner channels.
A YEAR OF CONTENT PRODUCED
IN 2 DAYS
AI tools accelerated creative development without sacrificing craft. Nano Banana compressed the concepting timeline through storyboard image generation, giving the team more cycles to iterate on story before committing to production. Udio generated original audio tracks and ElevenLabs supported audio ad development. The tools gave the team more time to exercise creative judgment where it mattered most.
